I put the wrong address on my order! Can I change it?
Yes! Just send me an email at punishedmiqote@gmail.com and I would be happy to change it for you!
What is your handling time?
I aim to ship every 5 business days, but enamel preorders usually take about 2 months!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
My package is marked as 'delivered' but I haven't gotten anything!
While I am unable to give refunds on orders that are marked as 'delivered', here are a few steps you could take to locate the package!
1) Please reach out to your local post office! They will have the best idea on where your order could be. I would also recommend going through the steps on this page: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
2) If the package is returned to sender, I would be happy to send it out to you again with an updated address as long as shipping fee is covered.
Help! My package was damaged in transit.
Please contact me asap with a picture of the damage, and I'll be happy to fix your order & make things right! <3
